ZALORA is the best online shopping website for me! The service is good, the web is user-friendly and you can chat with their customer service representative whenever you have problem. If you are not satisfied with the item that you bought.. you can always return it to them and you may claim your money back.. (make sure you keep the receipt and it must be done within 30 days from the date of purchase).
Last week, I bought a bag.(again!). It had arrived on Thursday last week.. ( i ordered on Wednesday.. see, how fast it is.. ).
I'll definitely shop with Zalora again..
