Oh Penang!

Assalamualaikum,

Today, I would like to share a few pics taken during our holiday at Penang earlier this year.. (Motif pergi Penang adalah untuk makan..). Enjoy.. :-)

In the evening, we had Pasembor Menari at Gurney.. So delicious.. But you know what.. This cost us RM15..

Later that night, we had dinner just beside Masjid Kapitan Keling...

The famous Nasi Kandar Beratur.. (I don't like nasi kandar but this one is delicious..the curry that we had was awesome).. oh, it OPENS AT 10.00 PM. The one that opens before that, is not Nasi Kandar Beratur.. Please don't get confused..

Here it is.. the chicken, the curry.. yummy.. makes me craving for more.. haha...

oh.. we booked our hotel room (Naza Talyya Penang) through Agoda. The hotel is strategically located (Tanjung Bungah) because it is situated in between Georgetown and Batu Feringghi. Both places are the most famous tourist attractions.

So, to end our short vacation, we went to P. Ramlee's house..

Love for cats!

My husband and I love cats so much.. Furthermore, my husband wants to have tigers and lions as pets! Haha.. He said that if we trained them, they won't eat us.. hahahaha..

And this is Kimmy.. She always come to our house here in Puncak Alam for foods and of course..sleep..
I don't know whether this cat belongs to somebody or not but she will come to our house almost every day for her favourite drinks, milk...

Dinner at Laman Grill, Shah Alam

Assalamualaikum,

First of all, I don't know why my husband wanted to had our dinner here.. (terpengaruh dengan Masterchef Selebriti Malaysia agaknya, restoran ini kepunyaan Chef Zubir, one of the judges of the Masterchef TV programme on ASTRO). For me, the restaurant is just another restaurant serving western foods. :-)

The food was O.K. but a bit pricey for us. Well, that's what we called 'once in a lifetime' experience.. hehe.. I had bolognese and watermelon juice while my husband had his very FIRST STEAK in his 30 years of life.. haha..

Actually, we'd to wait for almost an hour for our food and drinks. We almost left the restaurant. The waiter said that there were some miscommunications in the kitchen and they apologized to us. (Maybe it wasn't our lucky day).. Well, Thanks to the lovely steak, our tummies were happy and then we simply forgot about the incident.. hehe.. and oh, the price? almost RM80 plus the drinks and service tax..
