Oh pizza!

Assalamualaikum,

You knew that I love pizza so much, right?.. So, yesterday my husband bought this pizza for me.. :-) It is called Pizza Ria.. I think it is a new stall here in Puncak Alam (to be exact at Shah Alam 2).. and the pizza was superb! Just look at the picture.. the melted cheese..ooohh.. yummy.. hehe..and it only cost us RM15 for this large pizza..

Buku minggu ini..

Assalamualaikum,

Ingat tak kempen Satu minggu satu buku yang saya 'lancarkan' baru-baru ni? hehe.. Jadi, minggu ni saya nak 'umumkan' buku apa yang akan saya baca.. tadaaaaa....

Tajuknya adalah 'Salat: Benefit from the science perspective'. Buku ini 'membongkar' fakta saintifik di sebalik pergerakan dalam solat.. menarik kan? Oh ya, buku ini ditulis dalam bahasa inggeris dan diterbitkan oleh Universiti Malaya.. :-)

Angel hair bolognese

Assalamualaikum,

Hari ni saya nak kongsi resepi bolognese...hehe.. (macam la hebat sangat memasak).. So. please follow the pics below for the steps.. hee.. :-)

Bawang putih+Bawang holland+minyak zaitun

Masukkan Daging kisar

Tambahkan herba rosemary

Masukkan tomato yang dipotong dadu

Sos=tomato puree+tomato paste+gula perang+garam+lada hitam+air

Tomato dan daging dah empuk

Masukkan sos

Tambahkan herba oregano

Biarkan mendidih

Yay! Dah siap.. Kalau suka, tambahlah bebola daging yang dibakar 

Saya guna pasta angel hair sebab suami suka angel hair, dia kurang suka spaghetti. dan selalunya saya akan tambah cendawan tapi hari tu tak ada stok cendawan dalam peti sejuk, jadi tak dapatlah letak dalam sos bolognese ni... err.. maaflah sebab tak ada sukatan bahan sebab saya memang masak ikut suka je.. hehe..

Satu minggu satu buku..

Assalamualaikum,

Hari ini saya nak kongsi buku yang sedang saya baca..

Buku ini sangat menarik dan boleh memberi 'wake up call' kepada kita yang selalu lalai dan terlupa.. :-)
Oh, antara sebab saya paparkan buku ini kepada anda semua kerana ingin memupuk minat membaca kerana sekarang ini banyak buku-buku yang berkualiti telah diterbitkan.. Jadi, saya meletakkan sasaran untuk membaca dan 'khatam' satu buku dalam masa seminggu.. :-)

A lovely dinner at home

I know, I know.. I always post pictures on restaurants' food. Now, here is what I made myself last Wednesday..

Yes.. hot white rice (not in pic), sardines in tomato gravy (haha!) and mushroom spinach..oh, and habbatus sauda (in the bottle)..

Man Burger Kukus Lava, Saujana Utama

Assalamualaikum,

Last night, my husband and I went to 'Man Burger Kukus Lava' at Saujana Utama, Sg Buloh.. :-)
Yes, they served steam burgers.. Worth a try..

Inside the cafe..

Go find them..

This is a self-service cafe.. You have to placed your order at the counter and pay..

Then they will give you a card with a number.. They will call your number once your drinks and burgers are ready and then you have to get them yourself at the table next to the cashier counter. So, be ALERT.. hehe..

The burgers are named after the characters in 'Spongebob Squarepants'.. So, just choose whether you want to eat Mr Krab, Patrick, Spongebob.. oh, they also have other exotic meats if you want to give it a try..

Oh Penang!

Today, I would like to share a few pics taken during our holiday at Penang earlier this year.. (Motif pergi Penang adalah untuk makan..). Enjoy.. :-)

In the evening, we had Pasembor Menari at Gurney.. So delicious.. But you know what.. This cost us RM15..

The famous Nasi Kandar Beratur.. (I don't like nasi kandar but this one is delicious..the curry that we had was awesome).. oh, it OPENS AT 10.00 PM. The one that opens before that, is not Nasi Kandar Beratur.. Please don't get confused..

Here it is.. the chicken, the curry.. yummy.. makes me craving for more.. haha...

Simple but.. DELICIOUS!

oh.. we booked our hotel room (Naza Talyya Penang) through Agoda. The hotel is strategically located (Tanjung Bungah) because it is situated in between Georgetown and Batu Feringghi. Both places are the most famous tourist attractions.

So, to end our short vacation, we went to P. Ramlee's house..
